Ocean Terrace Paved in Limestone from the Living Room Out

Large limestone pavers in pale grey and cream run across this ocean terrace and back through the opened glass walls into the living and dining rooms, so the floor never changes as the house opens to the coast. The stones are laid in a running pattern of rectangles, with a gently worn surface, soft veining and a few natural fissures that catch the late sun. Stone planter boxes line the glass balustrade, and a low stone block sits between the loungers. The photograph shows limestone used inside and outside on a single level.
